Technical director

Alex joined Dare in November 2009 as Associate Technical Director working on clients such as Vodafone, Standard Life, Sony Ericsson, Nescafe and Premier Inn. He was subsequently promoted to Technical Director in April 2010 and holds a position on the board with a remit to oversee the technical output and delivery of projects, working closely with creative teams to advise on how technology can drive more out of an idea, and developing the solutions for these ideas.

Prior to joining Dare Alex helped to found award-winning mobile agency Marvellous where he created its mobile delivery platform. Passionate about technology, Alex has been involved from the tender age of nine when he first got his hands on a computer. It was actually during his early career years at The Met Office where he fulfilled programming and data processing role that he first discovered HTML as it was launching itself on the world. He hasn't looked back since.
