Joint managing partner

Lee began her advertising career at Modem Media joining as graduate trainee in 1993. She joined DDB Needham/Tribal DDB in 1995 running the Volkswagen and Guardian business before progressing to Head of Account Management and ultimately Business Development Director.

She joined Grand Union in September 2003 to run the Britvic and Abbey account portfolio and oversee the Account Management function. She was appointed Managing Director in April 2005.

Lee joined Dare in May 2006 as Managing Director and was promoted to Joint Managing Partner in October 2009.

She Chairs the IPA Digital Creative Group and sits on NABS' Fast Forward Committee. She is also a WACL member and sits on the Executive.
