HR director

Louise has spent over 8 years working in Human Resources and is fully CIPD qualified. After 5 years at integrated agency EHS 4D she joined Dare in 2008 as interim HR Manager and was promoted to Head of HR in 2009. Today as HR Director with a position on the board, Louise acts as a business partner to Dare. She drives the HR strategy to acquire, retain and develop the best talent in the industry and has been instrumental in maintaining a work environment in which people are both motivated and happy.
