Director of operations

Mark Cramphorn joined Dare in July 2009 in the newly created role of Director of Operations. Mark’s role is to focus on the development of internal processes and external partnerships, in production and delivery, ensuring Dare consistently delivers the optimum creative product. Mark joins us from TBWA where he was General Manager for the past two years. At TBWA he spearheaded the company’s efforts to bring digital to the heart of the agency offering.

Mark has spent over twenty years at agencies that have included BBH and WCRS, helping make 'creative and commercial' a working business model.
